Terms and Restrictions
- 12-month commitment, charged monthly, auto-renews annually. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice (with the fee equivalent to one month’s membership charge of $125).
- Your membership will be canceled 30 days after you have submitted the cancellation request. There is a fee of $125, equivalent to one month’s membership charge. Upon termination of membership, all treatments done under the membership will be calculated back to full price, and any credit owed will be based on full price, not discounted membership pricing, and may be used towards other VIDA treatments or products.
- Injectable treatments may require additional evaluation by a medical provider.
- Skincare discount excludes prescription skincare.
- Memberships, treatments, benefits, and complimentary services are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused membership balance, and benefits will be carried over to next year, and complimentary services are not carried over.
- Alle points cannot be used as a form of membership payment.
- Alle points can still be earned on your treatments.
- Alle points can be applied toward any Allergan treatment/products.
