Kristen Bender, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), is the Medical Director at VIDA Aesthetic Medicine and a leader in delivering safe, subtle, and results-driven aesthetic care. Since earning her BSN in 2018 and her DNP in 2023, Kristen has cultivated a diverse clinical background in bedside, psychiatric, and aesthetic nursing. She first entered the aesthetics field in 2019 while working in California and has since returned to her true passion after practicing as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner.

As Medical Director, Kristen is focused on raising the standard of care across all providers at VIDA. She ensures each treatment is delivered with precision, care, and clinical excellence. Her approach to aesthetics prioritizes safety, evidence-based practice, and undetectable injectables that enhance each client’s natural features without compromising their unique appearance.

Kristen specializes in rejuvenative treatments such as PRF, EZ Gel, Sculptra, Ultherapy, and hair restoration, integrating them into personalized treatment plans that promote long-term, natural-looking results. Her aesthetic philosophy is deeply rooted in subtle enhancement, never overdone, and a commitment to ongoing education to stay ahead in this evolving field.

Outside the clinic, Kristen lives a health-focused and mindful lifestyle. She enjoys gardening, reading, staying active, and exploring wellness through food and self-care. A proud aunt and devoted pet mom, she shares her home with two cats, a dog, and two tree frogs.
