Dr. Glen graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, Portland Oregon, in 2006. After graduation, Dr. Glen would venture off to California where he would spend the next 3 years working in a practice and perfecting his skills. He would return to the place he calls home, the Pacific Northwest, to open up his own facility. Dr. Glen’s journey into aesthetics began out of a passion for delivering the best possible care for his clients. He is a highly talented physician injector, both cosmetically and in the musculoskeletal field. Dr. Glen’s vast knowledge of the body and its structure has greatly contributed to making him one of the best in his discipline of aesthetics.
Dr. Glen has been trained extensively by both Allergan (manufacturer of Botox, Juvederm, and Voluma) and Galderma (manufacturer of Dysport and Restylane). His dexterity with needles is fine-tuned and he possesses the ability to assess each client’s needs and deliver wonderful results. Dr. Glen is committed to an honest, caring, and confidential relationship with his clients. Giving each client the time that they need and his full attention with each visit. He strives for perfection and enjoys seeing his clients and developing a long-term relationship with them.
In his free time Dr. Glen enjoys cycling, fly-fishing, golfing, and traveling to the mountains to snowboard. He also enjoys cooking with local ingredients, and sharing his creations with his family and friends.

Julie Miller, RN25 years of experience
Julie Miller, RN
Julie is an Oregon native with more than 35 years experience in aesthetic medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Oregon Health Science University in 1979. Julie received her credentials as a board-certified Dermatology Nurse more than 25 years ago. Most recently, she earned her Medical Esthetics Provider certification in 2007. Julie’s experience ranges from treating acne to facial cosmetic surgery, hair transplants, liposuction, injectables, sclerotherapy, laser treatments, microneedling and chemical peels. She regularly attends conferences and training courses to continually improve her skill set and keep her finger on the pulse of the industry’s latest technologies and techniques. Julie says her favorite part of her career is building strong relationships with clients, providing personalized treatment and outstanding customer service.
Over the years she has been an active volunteer with the Northwest Dermatology Nurses Association. When she’s not practicing aesthetic medicine, Julie enjoys waterskiing, gardening, reading, ATVs and spending time with her family and new granddaughter.
Rebekah Saint-Cascisa, CAE10 years of experience
Rebekah has 10 years of experience practicing aesthetics in both Argentina and the United States. She earned her Associates Degree of Applied Science in Cosmetology from Mt. Hood Community College in 2008 after attending the School of Esthetics in Cordoba, Argentina. Rebekah is fluent in both Spanish and English, adding a valuable dimension to VIDA Aesthetic Medicine. When Rebekah isn’t working she enjoys camping and spending time with family. Rebekah and her husband are also staying busy with their new twin boys!
Lizz Bowers, CAE5 years of experience
Lizz is a Salem native who began her career in medical aesthetics in 2013. A licensed esthetician, Lizz earned her Certified Advanced Esthetician license in 2017. Lizz loves working at VIDA and always strives to go above and beyond for her clients. Her favorite treatment is CoolSculpting and she was thrilled to learn the science behind the technology at “CoolSculpting University” in Pleasanton CA in early 2017. There, she expanded her bodysculpting knowledge to incorporate updated guidelines for even shorter treatment times using CoolSculpting’s new handpieces. In her free time, Lizz is busy taking care of her darling daughter, who was born in October 2016. She also enjoys hiking with her husband, shopping, and trying out new cosmetic products and makeup techniques.
Olivia Miller, CAE500 hours of training
Olivia is a graduate of the Certified Advanced Esthetician (CAE) program at Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics Institute. As one of Spectrum’s top students, Olivia was proud to be among the first estheticians in the entire state of Oregon to receive the new CAE designation when it was introduced in 2016. Olivia’s coursework included over 500 hours of education in laser theory and fundamentals as well as extensive hands-on clinical training. Olivia specializes in CoolSculpting, laser hair reduction, and laser tattoo removal. Her passion is to help each of her clients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. Olivia’s knowledge and attention to detail is what her clients appreciate the most. She strives to educate each of her clients on what to expect from their procedures as well as delivering the best possible results. In her free time, Olivia enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family.
What is a Certified Advanced Esthetician (CAE)
VIDA is proud to announce that our team of Estheticians are licensed Certified Advanced Estheticians (CAE). Being a CAE allows our providers to perform advanced treatments such as skin rejuvenation, body contouring (CoolSculpting and Vanquish), dyschromia reduction, cellulite reduction, laser hair reduction, and nonablative tattoo removal.
To achieve this high level credential, an esthetician must meet or exceed one or both of these criteria per the American Med Spa Association:
- – Maintained no less than 500 hours as a laser operator under the supervision of a health care professional whose scope of practice includes the practice of advanced nonablative esthetics procedures. The designated supervisor must have over 3 years of experience in the field.
- – Completed 40 hours of education related to laser theory and fundamentals and of having completed 24 hours of practical experience performing each modality listed in the definition of advanced nonablative esthetics procedures. (www.americanmedspa.org)
